Eau de Linge is a brand of THBK LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on our pre-launch pages and how we use it. Questions: hello@eaudelinge.com.

What we collect

Email address, when you join our waitlist.
Campaign and page data: the page and article version you signed up on, the time, and marketing parameters in the link you clicked (UTM tags, Facebook click ID).
Interest actions, such as clicking a "reserve" button (no payment is collected).
Device and usage data collected automatically by cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How we use it

To send you emails about Eau de Linge (launch news, product updates, surveys). You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in every email.
To understand which content and ads are effective, and to measure interest before launching.
To comply with law and protect our rights.

Service providers

Klaviyo stores our email list and sends our emails, and records the signup and interest data above on your profile.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram): we may use the Meta Pixel and related tools to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. Meta may collect information from your browser through cookies.
Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs.

Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to remember your campaign source, measure page activity and ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and Meta's ad preferences.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Using advertising cookies or pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you may opt out by emailing us or disabling cookies. Your rights (including California / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Retention

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for the purposes above.

Children

Our pages are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
